Real estate transactions tend to be challenging for even the most qualified buyers.

Buyers would be served well if they had professional representation to enable them to locate and secure a property.  

I work closely with the seller's agent and the lender in a transaction to make it a smooth ride for the clients.  This includes making offers and doing all the paperwork needed in the transaction, following up to clear contingencies on time and ensuring that all aspects of the contract are fulfilled and escrow is closed as per the contract.

I help monitor all aspects of the transaction interfacing with the inspection professionals and ordering the inspections for property, termite, chimney and roof in a timely fashion.  

I help clients find repair professionals and secure repair bids to help them determine the costs involved.

All clients’ information is kept confidential.  They can be assured of utmost honesty and ethical behavior in all aspects of the transaction.

With over 20  years of sales and marketing experience, in diverse fields like the food service industry, the high tech world of computers, servers, hardware and software, and the real estate industry, my MBA in Marketing from the University of Delaware has taught me that the customer needs to be the main focus of any organization that wants to grow and thrive.
